YMCA offers water exercise classes for all ages
Houston-area YMCA facilities invite adults to stay fit while taking care of their muscles and joints through a variety of water exercise classes being offered this summer. Participants of any fitness level can try the low-impact workouts.

Participants of any fitness level can try the low-impact workouts.
There are also programs open to non-swimmers. Most programs are free for facility members. For more information, visit www.ymcahouston.org/aquatics.
